FAQ
Really no calls at all?
Really. The whole process is written: briefing form, proposal, feedback rounds with comments and recorded videos. It’s faster, everything is documented and you reply whenever you want.
How long does a website take?
A landing page takes 7–10 business days. A full website, about 3 weeks. The clock starts once we have all the content (copy, photos and logo).
What if I don’t have copy or photos?
We can write the copy for you (add-on) and use quality stock photography while you prepare your own.
Can I edit the site myself?
With the Signature package (or the CMS add-on) you get a panel to edit projects and news. Otherwise, the maintenance plan includes monthly changes.
How do payments work?
Bank transfer or card, with a proper invoice. Usually 50% upfront and 50% before launch.
